お久しぶりです。
だいぶ前から7.4にしようと思いつつ、configureでエラーを吐かれやる気になれなかったのですが、やっとインストールしました。
結局一番のネックはopensslでした。

これを更新することで大体普通にインストールできる感じでした。
※opensslを更新するので、いろいろと他のものも更新する必要がありました・・・orz

今回のconfigureオプションは次の通り
